Macho provides full-services of all other events, either for corporates or individuals, Birthdays. Engagements, Henna, Bachelor and Bachelorette parties, baby showers etc., finding the right venue that fits with the event’s type, to venue decoration and setup, proper catering and all small fine details that distinguish us from all others. We manage all that through our elite vendor list that help us not only to provide elegance but also meet the pre-allocated budget of each event.

Your wedding day is the most special day of your life! It marks the beginning of a special union, and is a day to be shared with your most beloved friends and family. Find everything from wedding planners to wedding vendors, make-up artists, formal wear, bridal gowns, florists, and caterers, performers, bands, wedding music, wedding locations, limos and transportation, and much more under one roof! 1. MEETING

The first meeting with our clients is like going to a Psychological hearing session, We listen very carefuly to their event's goal, what they try to achieve, thier thoughts, their fears, and their challanges, till we are able to completes our Vision for that particular event. Then we start making their dream comes true through a bunch of ideas that only proffessionals know how to execute them professionally and make them happen.

2. Budgeting

No money, no event.

Regardless of where you fall, finances are arguably the most important component. Whether you’re making the business case for having an event at all, putting on an event, or planning out the finances for an approved event, a thorough budget is crucial.

3. PLANNING

Now that budget is in place, and the vision of the event is quite clear, it’s time to get starting. We select and choose the most convenient venue, put the out-sourced team in place and book them for that particular event on that date, then dedicate the right team member “Event Coordinator” who will efficiently make sure that the out-sourced teams are there, on time doing what they are hired to do as expected.

4. DELIVERY

Now we can see the light at the end of tunnel, but we're not quite there yet, here the Event Operation Coordinator take over and start facilitating smooth operation, managing all different assembled staff teams in the event, meeting guests and making sure that all their needs and requirements gets fulfilled in a professional way. Once delivered and finally event is over, the events’ performance evaluation starts with all small details to make sure we keep developing ourselves to remain at our clients expectation all the time.
